Meet the Owners of Prime Manufacturing
Jason Baldonado / Founder
Driven by the faithful determination instilled in him during his early career as a Sergeant in the US Marine Corps, Jason has positioned himself as a formidable leader in the manufacturing industry. His passion for American-made products fuels his motivation to embrace new skills, processes, and technology, and to “do things right” from the start.
Earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas after leaving the Marines, followed by more than ten years of hands-on and leadership experience in CNC machining, starting a shop of his own was a natural next step.
As the founder of Prime Manufacturing, Jason is deeply committed to realizing the company's ambition to obtain World-Class status. Always challenging the status quo, he inspires his team to relentlessly pursue improvement.
Jason’s commitment to fostering long-lasting relationships with his customers, team, and partners is evident in the company’s rapid and sustaining growth since the beginning.
Nick Murphy / Vice President
Raised by a machinist, Nick had the opportunity to learn CNC machining from a young age. Paired with his degree in machine manufacturing and impressive career, Nick can design, program, and prove out a complex part faster than anyone.
Always learning and growing his skillset, Nick established himself as an expert toolmaker and reached expert status in 5-axis machining long before it was a buzzword.
Quickly climbing the ladder at notable manufacturers including Nike, Nick’s rich background in aerospace, defense, medical, and commercial machining sets Prime Manufacturing apart as a strategic partner for diverse and complex manufacturing.
Joining his former co-worker, Jason, in June of 2021 Nick is equally determined to build a world-class machine manufacturing company. Focusing on the operations side of the business, he brings his diligence and depth of knowledge to every project, finding the most efficient way to make the highest quality components for customers.
